Coconut Flour Granola Bars

Granola bars make the perfect on-the-go snack. They’re not only lightweight and easy to carry but also provide quick-energy. If you’re looking forward to a healthy snack that could sustain you while hiking, sitting in the office or studying at school, then this recipe is for you. With very little sugar in the recipe, you shouldn’t have any problems consuming this even if you are under a strict diet. This no-cook granola bar recipe takes very few minutes to prepare and tastes deliciously!


–         ¼ cup softened coconut cream concentrate

–         ½ teaspoon vanilla

–         1/3 cup nut butter of any kind

–         ½ teaspoon cinnamon

–         ¼ cup coconut flour

–         1 cup crispy brown rice cereal

–         1 cup organic rolled oats

–         1/3 cup agave syrup

–         ¼ cup ground flaxseed meal

Pick up a large bowl and start mixing together vanilla, coconut cream concentrate, nut butter, agave nectar and cinnamon. Stir them until all the ingredients are properly combined together. From there, you can start adding the coconut flour and flaxseed meal before once again mixing the whole thing together. The crispy cereal and rolled oat would be the last ingredient to add before your recipe is ready for the last stage.

Place the mix in a baking dish and slip inside the fridge for a few hours. Once firm, you can start cutting up and preparing them for individual consumption depending on your preference. If you like specific ingredients in the list, you might also try increasing the amount added into the recipe.
