Coconut Flour Bread

A very easy recipe for making coconut flour bread posted by HCGBigGirlNot (youtube). This is so quick and simple, it can become your go-to gluten free bread recipe.

Ingredients:

12 eggs (yes, 12 eggs)
1 cup EVOO or coconut oil
2 packs Stevia
1 tsp Salt
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1.5 cups Coconut flour (sifted)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Sift your coconut flour and set aside for a while.
Start by mixing all your ingredients (except for coconut flour) with a mixer or by hand if you prefer.
Once they are mix, start adding the coconut flour and blend with the rest of the ingredients.
Transfer the dough to a loaf fan. Make sure you spray the loaf pan first with Pam or other non stick spray.
You can sprinkle it with poppy seeds or sesame seeds if you wish.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serve and enjoy with your favorite spread.
